We reserve the right to cancel any event and will provide a full refund (but no other compensation) in this unlikely case or if the venue cancels on us, we reserve the right to move the event to another location of similar standard.

Unfortunately we don't usually accept cancellations. The quality of our events would be affected by an uneven male/female ratio or by having a lower number of participants. No refunds are provided if you do not show up, or for any other reason, except if we cancel or change an event. Transfers to other events, are entirely at the managements discretion and subject to 24 hours notice having been given from the start time of the event. We reserve the right to cancel any event and will provide a full refund (but no other compensation) or if the venue cancels on us, we reserve the right to move the event to another location of similar standard.
